Returns
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required to process your return.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the address for sending back your item.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (for Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be coordinated through bank transfer or store credit, as applicable).
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as earphones, opened software, and digital products. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account. If the refund is still not visible, contact your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you promptly.
